1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

Yes, we provide Free Delivery nationwide on every product.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • 2–4 working days for major cities

  • 3–7 working days for other areas
    Delivery times may vary during holidays or sale seasons.

4. What payment methods are available?

We accept:

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa (on request)

5. How do I place an order?

Simply add your product to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and confirm your order.

6. What is your return & replacement policy?

We offer replacement only (no refunds) within 3 days if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is faulty

  • Wrong product received

Items must be unused and returned with all accessories.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
